Terms and Conditions
Flood Emergency Professionals trading as FloodMaster
The following terms and conditions are provided to you upon your engaging us to provide services and we will ask you to sign a client authorisation form.
- By signing, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the total invoice cost to FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD, and will make payment within 30 days of receiving said invoice. I acknowledge that where required, it is my responsibility to seek payment from liable parties for said invoice, which may include, but not be limited to: my insurer, real estate agent, person or company to whom I am acting on behalf of.
- I am aware that FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD will take photos of all work performed, which may be used in reports that can/will be provided to all material interested parties, or in marketing and promotional material.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for any, and all drying related equipment left on site by FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD. Should any equipment become lost or damaged on site, I will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair, regardless of cause, not withstanding normal wear and tear of equipment.
4.I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove all personal contents and furnishings from the affected area in the event of a flooding. If I am unable to do so, and require the assistance of FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD to remove, relocate, or work around items, that I will not hold FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD liable, in the unlikely event that damage occurs whilst performing said duties
- I acknowledge that FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD is a premium service, and that the following industry rates apply:

For each individual item per calander day, Hire 1 air mover @$TBA+gst. Hire 1 dehumidifier @$TBA +gst. Hire1 air scrubber @$TBA +gst. Labour @$TBA +gst per hour. Extraction/shampoo @$TBA + gst per hour. Call out fees @$TBA +gst per site attend. Sundries @ cost where necessary. I am aware that sundries may come in the form of, but not be limited to: antimicrobial, parking fees, tip fees.
Prices are subject to change, however I accept that I will be notified via written or verbal communication prior to commencing work, and am satisfied that I am aware of the applicable rates.
- I will provide or organise safe and close parking access where possible for FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD. I am aware that if I am unable to do so, that I may incur added costs due to parking fees and/or labour time.
7. I will ensure that the site is clear of children or animals, whilst FLOOD EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD are tending to their duties, and acknowledge that whilst engaged, the affected area is considered a worksite throughout the duration of the flood restoration process.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
